Hyatt Regency Calgary

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Calgary and booked three rooms for our group. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed—each space felt like a personal sanctuary in the middle of downtown. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, elegant, and genuinely uplifting. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, and every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was marked by professionalism and kindness. The location is unbeatable: steps away from the Calgary Tower, Stephen Avenue Walk, and other cultural gems, yet the hotel itself feels tucked away from the city’s bustle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—from the spa to the fitness center—added a layer of luxury that made our stay feel restorative. Whether you're in town for business, ceremony, or celebration, the Hyatt Regency offers a grounded and gracious space to return to each night. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of quiet magic in the city.

Amazing location. It’s within walking distance of Calagary Tower, great restaurants, pubs and even the train station so its very easy to go around. The rooms on the higher floor have amazing view of the city. Check in and check out is a breeze and REJ in the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Room is more spacious than I thought and they can arrange connecting room for us which is a surprise for us. Furniture are very clean. I have a habit to clean desk, table with alcohol before taking out my belongings. The tissue is so white and clean that even after cleaning. Many sockets for adapter. I love the gym room. Concierge worked extra miles to reserve table for us despite the restaurant keep asking for credit card number but concierge turned them down😊

Customer service was excellent! We made a memo when booking saying we were celebrating our 4 year anniversary & Candece at the front desk went above and beyond. She checked us in early, upgraded our room, & had a yummy treat waiting in our room when we returned. Fantastic anniversary & Valentine’s Day, we will definitely be back to enjoy another stay based off how wonderful she made us feel.
